So Lovely Layout

Hello creative friends!  Happy Monday!  Today I wanted to share a layout of my daughter that I created with an awesome sketch from Page Drafts.  I love sketches and Emma Stafrace clearly knows how to create some really amazing ones.  I saw this one and was so inspired.

For my layout I wanted to create a vintage, feminine, shabby chic type of design.  I didn't stray too far from the sketch and cut lots of different designs with my Cameo and added some lace and pearls and used my sewing machine to give it a more homemade feel.  I used the Kaisercraft Tea Break Collection of patterned papers and the two rose die cuts.  I just love pink and green together.  Something that isn't the norm for me is to use my computer to create my journaling but I wanted it to fit the layout.

My Creative Scrapbook March Kits Sneak Peeks

Hello scrappy friends!  It's getting really close to the March reveal of the My Creative Scrapbook kits.  The full reveal is on March 5 but I wanted to share some sneak peeks of these wonderful kits and what the design team has created with them.  I am a guest designer for March so I have a few creations also.    First up is the Main Kit for March.  It is so full of happy colors.

 Next up is the Limited Edition Kit.  It has some gorgeous flowers in it.

Next is the Creative Kit.  It has some bright, fun colors.

And finally there is the Album Kit.  So full of awesome goodness.

Happy Scrappy News!

Well hello scrappy friends!  As I write this we are having a very cold snap.  It is -44 with the wind chill.  The only good thing about this weather is that it is a perfect excuse to scrapbook.

Today I wanted to share some exciting news.  I was asked to join the My Creative Scrapbook Sketch Design Team!  Yes, I am pinching myself a little because I am totally humbled by all the talented ladies on the team.  For March and April I am guest designing with one of their kits so check back on the 5th of March and the 5th of April for the design team's reveals.

Sweet Angel Layout

Happy Saturday!  It's the first day of March and I don't know about you, but I couldn't be happier that it's that much closer to spring.  Where I live, it has been the longest winter that I can remember and it will be nice to welcome flowers and warmer days.

Today is the March 1 Sketch Reveal day at Stuck?! Sketches and here is another fabulous sketch from my talented friend Laura Whitaker.  I love her sketches.

For my layout I thought I would create something with more of a soft, spring feel to the page of this little cutie.  Aren't children so precious when they sleep?  My friend Stephanie from Rockwood Photography gave me this precious photo to scrapbook with and I was happy to oblige.
