You Are My Anchor Layout (A Flair For Buttons)

Hello friends!  Today I'm excited to share my first layout as a new design team member at  A Flair For Buttons.

I wanted to create a masculine layout of my husband but also keep it fun with some nautical accents to support the die cut title that I cut on my Silhouette Cameo.  I created this with October Afternoon's Treasure Map Collection of patterned papers and stickers.  I added some background stamping with a rubber stamp from Creative Embellishments and some sewing machine stitching.

Now Designing For A Flair For Buttons!

Happy Saturday everyone! This past week I received an email from the sweet and talented Shelley Haganman asking if I would be interested in joining her design team at A Flair For Buttons. Of course I would! I am so excited and honoured to be asked!  The announcement can be found here.

You're The One For Me

Hello friends! Today I wanted to share a layout to celebrate my 15th wedding anniversary that my husband and I celebrated on September 5.

Here are some more closeups of my layout…

I put a mixed media spin on my layout and also used the "You're The Rock To My Roll" from the Printables Love Notes

and the heart border below from the Borderlines Too Cut Files 

and also the phrase "You're The One For Me" from the So In Love Cut File for my title that I separated after it was cut and adhered it to the top and bottom of my layout.
