Today we are scrapping our stash and scrapbookers always have some goodies that haven't been used so now it's the perfect time to pull out your stash and create something. For some inspiration, come hop along.
I have created a layout on my Hawaii cruise that I went on in November 2012 with about 100 other obsessed scrapbookers and photographers. What an experience! We went to four islands. This photo was at Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii. I used the Lucy's Crab Shack Collection of papers by Bazzill Basics Paper, my Silhouette Cameo to cut the tags, title and wave border and my ancient sewing machine. I finally finished it off with some enamel dots, some fussy cut flowers and some wood embellishments.
I was inspired by a sketch by Susan Stringfellow.
Thanks for stopping by and now it's time to be inspired by another talented scrapper, Suzanna Lee.
Have a creative day!
Love the sewing detail on the waves, and that little wooden boat is perfect for this.
ReplyDeleteGreat details...I love the enamel dots, wood veneer, twine and sewing on the page!
ReplyDeletewonderful vacation page and love the stitching on the wave!!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat layout. I like the colors and the wave border.
ReplyDeleteThe colors are wonderful and I especially love your enamel dot party in the lower right! It reminds me of spray from waves! TFS!
ReplyDeleteGreat travel page and wonderful stitchwork on the waves!
ReplyDeleteSo many great details Lee-Anne: the stitching, the dots, the waves, the tiny sailboat. Love how you got the date tucked in all those great layers!
