My Layout Was Featured At Creative Scrappers!

Just had to share some of my excitement today.  I woke up to a pleasant surprise.  A layout of mine was featured over at Creative Scrappers today for Sketch #359!  I have always loved Kristine Davidson's sketches and this one totally inspired me to play along with the sketch.

A Wintery Layout

Hello scrappy friends!  Today I was inspired by all the talented ladies over at Creative Scrappers and just had to play with Sketch #259 because I loved the grid design.

I broke out my new Keepin Cozy Collection by Echo Park to create this layout and I must say I love doing winter layouts because blue and aqua are some of my favourite colours and Echo Park always has pretty winter collections.  Where I live our winters are cold, snowy and long so I always seem to get a lot of mileage out of the winter papers.

Kreaxions Happy Birthday Card

Hello friends!  I hope you are enjoying your weekend.  Today I have a birthday card to share using the amazing Kreaxions products.

For this card, I punched the four corners of the orange paper with the Kreaxions Punch #311 and Insert C,  the Kreaxions Star Stencil and Kreaxions Punch #311 with Insert A for the doily and the Kreaxions Circle Cutter to cut the brown polka dot floral paper.  I then layered the card, stamped a happy birthday sentiment and added some sequins to give more interest.

Happy New Year everyone!  Today is my first post for this year and I have a sketch created by Laura Whitaker
