My Creative Sketches - April Sketch

Hello scrappy friends!  Today I am excited to share my first layout as a design team member at My Creative Sketches.

This layout was so fun to create of this little cutie pie who just turned two.  I used the April Creative Kit, from My Creative Scrapbook, for whom I guest designed for March and April.  This is from the April Creative Kit.  I love the bright, happy colours to this kit.

Easter Card

Hello scrappy friends!  Today over at Scrapbooker's Paradise it is Challenge #12 and the design team have some Easter and Spring inspiration for you.

I created an Easter card with some papers from the Echo Park Splendid Sunshine Collection.

I used my Silhouette Cameo for the card design and then embellished with some enamel dots, ribbon and fussy cut some birds and butterflies from the Splendid Sunshine Collection.

Practical Scrappers April Sketch

Happy day!  Today at Practical Scrappers there is a new sketch for April and I immediately thought of something with a Spring or Easter theme.

I cut five strips of green card stock with my Silhouette Cameo to look like grass and layered it on the bottom of the layout.  I then cut some eggs and placed them randomly in the layers of grass.

 For the top right hand corner I used a doily and layered some die cuts, stickers and enamel dots.

I matted the photos in yellow paper and layered some die cuts and enamel dots.
