My Scrapbooking Interview...

How long have you been scrapbooking?  I was originally introduced to scrapbooking in 2001 when I lived in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada.  A friend of mine asked me to go to a "crop" at the local craft/scrapbook store.  I had no idea what a "crop" was at the time.  As an avid cross-stitcher, this was a new craft and it took me a while to warm up to scrapbooking.
How would you describe your scrapbook style?  My scrapbook style is eclectic.  I love to try all different styles and techniques.  Most of my layouts are 12X12 with one photo.
Do you have a favorite technique? My favorite technique is distressing and inking with lots of embellishments such as buttons and ribbon.
What is your favorite adhesive?  I like 3L Adhesives Red Glue Runners

What is your workspace like?  I have a scraproom, which is in a spare bedroom of my house but do most of my scrapbooking on my kitchen island so I can be where my son and husband are.
Do you have a favorite scrapbook tool? I have many, I enjoy my Slice, my Basic Grey Magnetic Mat and my Distrezz-it-all.
What do you do when you get creative block?  Usually I look at scrapbooking blogs and magazines or go out and photograph anything and everything.
What type of camera do you have?  I have a Canon EOS 7D and several lenses such as the 10-22mm, 70-200 mm 2.8, 100 mm 2.8, 50mm 1.4, and my 17-85mm 4.5.
What do you eat/drink when scrapbooking?  I don't eat while scrapbooking, but I like to have water with a slice of lemon or a Pepsi with a slice of lime or lemon.
Are you a social scrapbooker, or do you prefer to scrapbook alone?  I do most of my scrapbooking solo, but also like to scrapbook with other ladies for the social aspect.
Who is your favorite manufacturer or line of product?  I have many but Bo Bunny, Fancy Pants and October Afternoon come to my mind first.
Do you scrapbook chronologically, or just scrapbook whatever motivates you at the time?  I am an emotional scrapbooker and usually scrapbook about what is on my mind for that day.
Do you have any other hobbies? Photography is something that I have really become passionate about since my husband bought me my first DSLR camera for Mother's Day in 2007.  I also love to cook and bake and try new recipes.
Why do you scrapbook?  Mostly for therapeutic reasons and to be creative.  I have to create something everyday or I feel an emptiness whether it is creating in the scraproom or the kitchen.
Do you have any scrapbooking advice? Get messy and enjoy the entire process.
What is your scrapbook motto? Quality not quantity.
Are you an organized, or messy scrapbooker?  Very messy.  A cyclone would be the best way to describe my space after I have created a layout.
Do you have a scrapbooking pet peeve?  There is never enough time.
