Pancakes For Breakfast

Sundays we always have pancakes or waffles for breakfast.

Today it was Blueberry Whole Wheat Pancakes as we try to keep it healthy.  With all the recent studies of real maple syrup and how it is a nutritional powerhouse, I have been using it as my primary sweetener for pancakes, oatmeal and even in lattes and popsicles.  It has been said to have over 90 antioxidants.

So enjoy your maple syrup.  I sure am!
