For the patterned papers and stickers, I used the Scattered Sprinkles Collection by Bella Blvd as well as a scalloped punch and some sequins.  Here are some more closeups

For my layout, I used the Selfie word from this set of Cut Shoppe Files:

and these:

To Infinity & Beyond Layout - The Cut Shoppe

Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share a layout I created of my two older kids and their spouses.  They live a few hours away so I don't get to see them as much as I would like but enjoyed our time together last weekend and had to take some photos.  For this layout I used the Max Collection by Bella Blvd. and my Silhouette Cameo to cut the digital cut files from The Cut Shoppe.

Here are a few more closeups

I used the I Love You To Infinity & Beyond Phrase Cut File and cut the phrase apart and added it to my layout as shown above.

and the #Photo Op Frame in the #Foto Frames Cut File which has four different frames.

These and several more cut files can be found in the Etsy Store here.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a creative day!

Stuck?! Sketches August 1 Sketch And Reveal

Happy day friends! I'm so glad you stopped by.  I wanted to share my layout for the August 1 sketch at Stuck?! Sketches.  For my layout I wanted to create a nautical themed page for my summer vacation to beautiful Lake Windermere in British Columbia, Canada.  I love sailboats and boats and beautiful lakes and oceans.  This is from the Fancy Pants Collection called Down By The Shore.

Laura Whitaker always creates an amazing sketch and I found this one fun to work with.

Stuck?! Sketches is playing along with the colour palette provided by Let's Capture Our Memories

For this challenge May Arts and Flourish With A Bling are sponsoring the challenge and you can play along at Stuck?! Sketches as well as Let's Capture Our Memories for a chance at prizes at both sites.  All the details can be found on the Stuck?! Sketches blog here.

Thanks for stopping by and have a creative day!

Guest Designer At Scrap-lifting!

Hello friends! I was very flattered and honoured to be asked to be a guest designer over at Scrap-lifting as I was chosen as "Top 3 Layouts" for a recent challenge.

I was asked to scrap lift the amazingly talented Lisa Nazario Gregory.  She is one of my "scrappy idols" and I have the pleasure of calling her my online scrappy friend.  She doesn't know that I was scrap lifting her and I was was pleasantly surprised when I was given the task.  Lisa is also known for her beautiful creations over at Bo Bunny and I thought I would create a layout with Bo Bunny's Primrose Collection.  I love the soft green and pink and brown colour palette to this collection and thought it would be perfect papers to scrapbook my daughter and mother.

My daughter and my mom are very close and to this day my daughter calls my mom "Bama".  That was a name given to my mom instead of grandma because my son and daughter couldn't pronounce grandma when they were learning to talk so the name "Bama" stuck for all these years.

Here are some closeups of my layout

To see the layout of Lisa's that I scrap lifted, check it out on the Scrap-Lifting blog here.

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a great day!
